This is the New York collaborative office of Droga 5 x Under Amour. The mission of this office is to collaborate with athletes and create powerful ad campaigns that promote their physical prowess. The central glass office is embraced by the Softscape, a series of tangles and braids. The Softscape creates different transparent and translucent qualities throughout the space which signals the tensions that athletes experience in their public and private lives. The juxtaposition of the glass box and the tangles represents the interesting collaborative tension between Draga 5, Under Amour, and athletes, what should be private, what should be public?
